Returns & Refund Policy

At Miyabi Elements, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, intention and respect for the beauty of handmade work.

We hope that your purchase brings warmth and lasting enjoyment to your home. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, the following policy explains your rights and our return process.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, unless one of the legal exceptions applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within the 14-day period.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be unused and undamaged;

• be returned in their original packaging;

• include all accessories and accompanying documentation;

• be carefully packed to ensure safe transport.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, certain purchases cannot be returned.

This includes:

• bespoke or commissioned artworks;

• made-to-order ceramic pieces;

• personalised creations;

• customised products made specifically at the customer's request;

• Feng Shui consultations or other services that have already been performed or have started with the customer's prior consent.

These exclusions apply where permitted under applicable consumer legislation.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are unique creations.

If an artwork is eligible for return under applicable consumer law, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

A certificate of authenticity, where provided, must also be included with the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• your order number;

• photographs of the product;

• photographs of the shipping box and protective packaging;

• a brief description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until they have been safely received by Miyabi Elements.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law.

Exchanges

As every handcrafted creation is unique, direct exchanges are generally not possible.

If you would like a different piece, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Cancelling a Made-to-Order Order

Orders for made-to-order or bespoke creations may only be cancelled before production has begun.

Once work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials and production time have already been dedicated to your commission.
