These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of all products and services offered by Miyabi Elements BV. By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Miyabi Elements offers:

  • Original artworks

  • Handcrafted ceramic objects

  • Made-to-order ceramic pieces

  • Bespoke art & ceramic commissions

  • Feng Shui consultations

  • Interior-related services where applicable

Every creation is designed and crafted with intention in our atelier in Belgium.

Because each ceramic object and artwork is individually handcrafted, subtle variations in colour, texture, dimensions, glazing and finish are an inherent part of the creative process. These characteristics are not defects but celebrate the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.

3. Product Availability

Many of our creations are one of a kind or produced in limited quantities.

Availability is therefore subject to change without prior notice.

Should an item become unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to discuss an alternative or provide a full refund.


4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and local charges are calculated separately where applicable and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated at any time without affecting confirmed orders.


5. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation by email.

Miyabi Elements reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.


6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and its authorised payment providers.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Klarna

  • Link

  • Discover

  • Diners Club

  • JCB

  • IDeal

Miyabi Elements does not store complete payment card information.


7. Handmade & Made-to-Order Pieces

Many Miyabi Elements creations are produced especially for each client.

Production times may therefore vary and estimated delivery dates should be considered indicative.

Made-to-order and personalised creations are carefully crafted by hand and cannot always be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.


8. Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery times depend on destination, customs procedures and courier services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel has been successfully delivered.


9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.

If visible damage has occurred during transport, we recommend photographing both the packaging and the product before opening the parcel.

Any transport damage should be reported within 48 hours after delivery together with supporting photographs.

10. Returns

Where applicable under European consumer legislation, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order.

Returned items must:

  • be unused;

  • remain in their original condition;

  • include original packaging;

  • be returned securely.

Custom-made, personalised or commissioned works are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.


11. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are refunded only where required by law.


12. Feng Shui Consultations

Consultations may take place online or on location.

Advice provided during a consultation reflects professional expertise and experience but should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, architectural or legal advice.

Recommendations remain the responsibility of the client to implement.


13. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including artworks, ceramic designs, photographs, texts, logos, branding and visual identity—is the exclusive intellectual property of Miyabi Elements unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used without prior written permission.


14. Limitation of Liability

Miyabi Elements shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, its products or services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

15. Force Majeure

Miyabi Elements shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, pandemics, strikes or governmental restrictions.


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Belgian courts unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.
